Fixing Connection Problems When Server License Limits Are Exceeded

Unable to Establish a Connection with the Server (License Exceeded)

Make sure all clients are closed or set to automatically log out after so many minutes.

To do this:
  1. Login to the DNC as an admin
  2. System Settings
  3. Set the signet timer to a value greater than zero.
You might still need to restart the DNC Server Service on the server.
