Optimizing Manufacturing Processes with ERP Integration

FactoryWiz ERP Integration

FactoryWiz is an open system, meaning it provides opportunities for bidirectional communication with other systems.

In the FactoryWiz manual there is a Data Dictionary section which highlight the data you will want to capture, as well as Data Preparation and Import sections which will guide you through taking your existing ERP export data and importing it into the FactoryWiz system. Once imported, your data becomes available to the FactoryWiz system for things such as OEE calculations, Cycle Time monitoring, and allowing your operators to access ERP Job information when setting up machines to run jobs.

It is also possible to build custom integrations by writing custom scripts and applications written in Microsoft dotNet Framework 4.8 and/or dotNet Core 6 and above, utilizing our API dll and/or SOAP API endpoints.
For customers on the Monitoring Maintenance and Support Plan (MSP), we can offer advanced training on the FactoryWiz system, the database, and the API, for your in-house developers to learn where to push and pull the data they require.
NOTE: this custom integration option is for those customers who may have in-house developer resources
If you do not have in-house developers that can build custom solutions for you, we may be able to assist you in developing a custom solution to suit your needs.
Please contact your FactoryWiz representative to find out what additional options may be available. Additional fees may apply
