1 Introduction
Introduction to v23 FactoryWiz Monitoring
2 Dashboard
The Dashboard section is intended to give the user a way to quickly analyze machine data by using FactoryWiz built in widgets to customize the layout of each Dashboard. Users can create and share multiple Dashboards.
3 Real-Time Views
Realtime Views gives you several options to view live data being collected by FactoryWiz. List View, Card View, Map View, and Time Line are discussed in the next sections.
4 Reports
Users or FactoryWiz engineers can create or edit existing reports using Crystal Reports Writer from SAP to meet the end user requirements.
5 Preventative Maintenance
The Preventative Maintenance (PM) module is designed to assist with keeping track of all maintenance tasks on the machines.
6 Productivity Browser
The Productivity Browser is designed to allow very quick real time reporting, allowing you to filter by date, groups, or sites at the click of a button, eliminating the need to run reports.
7 Data Entry
Under the Data Entry screen, you can either set real time data or alter historical data records. When you arrive at the Data Entry screen by using the left side menu, the page will display all available machines.
8 Configuration
The Configuration window allows admin users to configure FactoryWiz™ Monitoring settings. Clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen will display the options for configuration.
9 OperatorConnect
The most efficient way of letting FactoryWiz know information about the “whys” (idle reason / operator / machine mode / etc) is to have the machine operator input the information on a Tablet mounted on their machine as they go about their day.
