Press Settings.
Cursor to top of screen then navigate to Network settings.
Select Wired Connection.
Wired Network Enabled: ON, then press ENTER.
Obtain Address Automatically: OFF, then press ENTER.
IP Address: Enter in IP Address, then press ENTER.
Subnet Mask: Enter in Subnet Mask, then press ENTER.
Default Gateway: Enter Gateway, then press ENTER.
DNS Server: do not enter anything.
Press F4 to save changes.
Network Status should display UP if machine is connected to an active network.
Cursor to Net Share Information.
CNC Network Name: Hard coded, no changes allowed.
Domain Workgroup name: do not enter anything.
Remote Net Share Enabled: OFF, do not change.
Remote Server Name: do not enter anything.
Remote User name: do not enter anything.
Remote Password: do not enter anything.
Local Net Share Enabled: ON, then press ENTER.
Local Net Share Security: ON, then press ENTER.
Local User Name: hard coded, cannot change (haas).
Local Password: 123456, press ENTER.
Press F4 to save changes.
Basic Communication
1.01- Port Type: UNC_Intermediate
1.05- UNC Path to Device: \\192.168.192.105\User data (this is an example ip address used)
1.07- UNC path username: haas
1.08- UNC path password: 123456
1.21- End of block (EOB): LF
Sending Options
2.01- Send Directories: Folders to be searched (allowed) when queuing or requesting files.
2.02- Search Subdirectories: True/False choice
2.03- Send Extensions: File extensions that should be displayed / searched when adding files to queue.
2.71- UNC target folder flush interval: 1 (value in hours)
Receiving Options
3.01- Receive Directories: Folder where received files from this machine will be stored.
3.16- Auto rename type: when receiving file that exists already, overwrite, rename to .bak, or employ version numbering.
Remote Commands
4.02- Request for file command: GET-
4.04- Prefix to assume for requested files: Prefix will be appended to the beginning of the file name for all requested files.
4.05- Suffix to assume for requested files: Suffix will be appended to the end of the file name for all requested files.
4.33- Remote request file path/name: Filename used to perform file request when placed in UNC_Intermediate folder.
Setting 1.07 and 1.08 were added in Version 17.3.1
Prior to Version 17.3.1, the Intializenet.bat needs to be modified to add machines.
At the Haas control:
Press LIST PROG.
Cursor down to file.
Press F2 to copy file.
Verify User Data is highlighted, press ENTER
Press ENTER again.
File will be copied to User Data folder. Once there, FactoryWiz DNC will move file from the User Data folder to the Receive folder configured for the Haas machine.
Queue file to be sent at FactoryWiz Client workstation.
File will be copied to the User Data folder on the Haas control.
At the Haas control:
Press LIST PROG.
Cursor up and over to User Data field.
Cursor down to file.
Press F2 to copy file.
Verify Memory is highlighted, press ENTER
Press ENTER again.
