FactoryWiz Monitoring License Install (Existing Customers / New License)

Installing FactoryWiz Monitoring Licenses

To install / download a new license sent from the FactoryWiz office, you will need to log into FactoryWiz with your admin credentials.


  1. Login as an admin
  2. Navigate to Licensing: CONFIGURATION > Licensing
  3. To load the license, you have 2 options:
    1. If you have internet on this server, click CHECK CLOUD.
    2. If no internet, click add license and copy paste the code from the link sent to you.
  4. Set the correct license allocation in the right panel.

  6. Click save.
  7. Either restart the RYM service effected by the license change or restart the entire server.
If this is a new server or a lost license, please click FIRST TIME REQUEST and notify FactoryWiz by emailing support@factorywiz.com when you have done this.
