Getting started
Here is a link to our download site for all of the FactoryWiz DNC downloads, Quickstart Guides and videos and common machine configurations that will help you get started with your installation: Software Download Page
From the Software Download Page, to install the FactoryWiz DNC Server, click on Download FactoryWiz DNC Server. The password to install both the FactoryWiz Server module and the floating client software is:
DNC7618734FW
Note this password changes every quarter and you can find the current password by clicking on the Updates status message on the main screen after you log into the software. A splash screen will open and the password is in the lower left corner.| |
Installing Floating Clients
If you are installing Floating Clients, click here for the Software Download Page, then click Download FactoryWiz DNC Client
Once you install the software, please login in using default account:
Login: Admin
PW: FactoryWiz
Click the Initiate Request button under the Licensing screen and let us know that step has been completed and we will generate a license for you. Alternatively, you can send us the five user keys found under the Licensing screen to get your license. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
