Troubleshooting - PDF Email Reports not Sending
FactoryWiz monitoring uses uses a utility called CRProcess to send email reports. Sometimes this file is blocked by security and needs unblocking.
Procedure:
- Remote Desktop into the FactoryWiz server
- Go to folder C:\Program Files\RYM\CNC Monitoring Suite
- Right click + properties on CRProcess.exe
- Check unblock or click the unblock button under general*.
- Apply
- Restart the FactoryWiz service called RYM FactoryWiz Poller.
*If you do not see unblock, it is already unblocked.
The next test is to manually run CRProcess.exe to see if that gives an error:
- Remote Desktop into the FactoryWiz server
- Go to folder C:\Program Files\RYM\CNC Monitoring Suite
- Open command line from the address bar by typing CMD into the address bar and hit enter
- Type into command line: CRPROCESS 0 and hit enter. This will send the first scheduled auto report
Does it send the report? If yes, please
contact us and we will remote into the server.
