To eliminate this message, enable light polling mode (collects less data).

To enable:
  1. Log in to FactoryWiz as an admin
  2. Configuration
  3. Machine
  4. Select the machine you require
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the advanced features.
    1. The feature name is LightBrother
    2. Machine specific = checked
    3. Value = 1
    4. Save
  6. Restart the RYM Brother services from the service once finished adding this to each machine.
This will disable program name folder changing, polling tool offsets and work offsets.
