Adding and Configuring New Machines in FactoryWiz Monitoring

8.7.6 Add A New Machine

To add a new machine to FactoryWiz™ Monitoring, click the Add New Machine button in the Select Machine pane in the top left corner of the window.



You will then see the Add Machine pop-up window.  Enter a unique name for the new machine.  If the new machine is like a previously added machine, you may copy the configuration settings of the previous machine to the new machine by using the Copy Existing Machine drop-down menu.  Click on the arrow to reveal a drop-down list of machines and select the machine you wish to copy.

If you have chosen to copy an existing machine, you will see the settings previously configured for the machine you have chosen to copy in the remaining panes of the Machine Configuration window for the new machine.  If you need to modify any of the settings, you may make changes now.

If you have not chosen to copy a machine, you will see a template for configuring an unlicensed machine.  You will need to go through the remaining sections in this window to configure the necessary settings.
