Manage Licenses Effectively with FactoryWiz Monitoring

8.6.1 Managing Licenses

FactoryWiz Monitoring is licensed per machine, not by user or screen.

Here you can manage your licenses.  You can add a license manually, reinitialize the system, and request a new license.

Add license is used to manually copy paste the license code emailed to you from FactoryWiz. This is only required if you do not have internet connection, thus stopping you use Check Cloud license download.

This license is a long code sent by email as show in [FIGURE]

Reinitialize System

What does this actually do?

Send License Request

Add screenshot here when it is fixed

The First Time Request is normally only used by a FactoryWiz engineer, however if you do have to use it, please let us know that you have requested a license by emailing support@factorywiz.com, this will speed up your request.

Check Cloud

Cloud Check will check our servers for your license if you have used the First Time License Request feature.

If a license is available, it will automatically be installed on your system.

If you have just purchased additional licenses, please click this once you receive receipt of invoice or PO.

Internet connection is required for this feature to work.
