Date Entry - History & Cycle Analysis

7.2 Data Entry - History

Under the History view, you can see previous cycles and information associated with each cycle, including each status change recorded in that cycle.  By using the date picker at the top, you can filter your results by date.

The History view is split into 3 different sections as described below.

·         Summary Cycle Section – shown on the left side of the History page.  Each box displays a summary of a cycle.  Here you will see the Cycle Serial, Starting and Ending time of the cycle, part number, op number, duration of the cycle, and the part count for good and scrap parts.

·         Detailed Cycle Section – shown in the middle of the History page.  Here you can modify historical data if needed.  Not all the data being displayed will be editable.  Data that can be edited is as follows: Part ID, Job, Job Op, Batch, Part Qty, Rejected Parts, Custom Text 1, Custom Text 2, Custom Text 3, Available, and Ref. Time.

·         Status Change Section – shown on the right side of the History page.  Here you will see all the status changes recorded during that cycle.  Each color-coded box represents a status change.  These are called Cycle Line Items. If you have more Cycle Line Items than you would expect, this could be an indication that the machine is not part counting or is incorrectly configured.  Each Cycle Line Item can be edited individually.  Clicking on a Cycle Line Item will expand the box to display more information (as shown below) and allow you to edit the operator and the machine mode.  Click Save to save any modifications.
